Do you only work with businesses?
Yes. Pristine Carpet Solutions is a commercial contractor — offices, hotels, care homes, healthcare, schools, restaurants, retail, gyms and managed buildings.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes, and most of our work is done that way. Evenings, overnight and weekends are standard so floors are dry and back in use before staff, guests or residents return.
How long do carpets take to dry?
With hot water extraction, typically one to two hours with airflow. Where a faster turnaround is needed we use low-moisture encapsulation, which is dry to walk on much sooner.
What insurance and documentation do you carry?
£10M public liability cover, COSHH-certified products and DBS-checked operatives. Method statements and risk assessments are supplied before works start.
How does pricing work?
We survey the site first, then give you a fixed written price per area. The survey is free with no obligation, and no payment is due until the work is signed off.
Which areas of London do you cover?
All 33 London boroughs, within roughly a 25km radius of central London.
Can you clean while the building is occupied?
Yes. We zone the work so only part of a floor is out of use at a time, and low-moisture methods keep walkways safe and dry.
Do you clean upholstery and soft seating as well?
Yes — office chairs, reception seating, banquettes and soft furnishings, usually on the same visit as the carpets.
Can you remove odour rather than mask it?
Yes. Odour is treated at source in the fibre and backing rather than covered with fragrance, which is why it does not return a few days later.
Do you offer planned maintenance contracts?
Yes. Most managed buildings and offices run on a quarterly or six-monthly cycle with documented visit reports for year-end.
What happens if we are not happy with an area?
Tell us at sign-off and we re-clean it. Payment is not due until the work is signed off.
