How we scope the work
- A free on-site survey of the carpet, condition and access.
- A fixed written quote identifying areas, method and exclusions.
- Evening, overnight or weekend access within the agreed scope.
- A completion walk-round, recorded exceptions and sign-off.
No deposit is required. Nothing is payable before the work has been signed off; the payment arrangement is confirmed with the quote.
What your facilities team can request
£10 million public liability cover, site-specific RAMS and relevant COSHH documentation for the work. The owner is DBS checked; DBS checked operatives are arranged on request where a site requires them. Tell us about onboarding requirements before booking.
London coverage
We work with London businesses and managing teams on commercial carpet and upholstery care and routine office cleaning. Full property end-of-tenancy cleaning is also available for tenants, landlords and letting agents, excluding carpet cleaning. Coverage and availability are confirmed by postcode.
