Our Process
Seven stages from first survey to sign-off. No payment is due until the last one is complete.
Survey and measure
We attend site, measure each area, identify the fibre type and backing, and record soiling level and any pre-existing damage. Access windows, parking, lift use and water points are agreed with you or the building manager at this stage.
Fixed written quote
You receive a price per area with the method set out for each. Nothing changes on the day without your written sign-off, so there is no mid-job variation.
Preparation
Furniture is moved or worked around as agreed. We pre-vacuum with commercial machines to lift dry soil, because extracting dry grit as slurry is what leaves carpet looking flat.
Pre-spray and agitation
A COSHH-certified pre-spray is applied and agitated into the pile so the chemistry has dwell time to break down the soiling before extraction.
Extraction or encapsulation
Hot water extraction for deep soiling and full restoration. Low-moisture encapsulation where the drying window is tight or the floor is cabled — dry to walk on far sooner, and suited to maintenance cycles.
Drying and airflow
Air movers are set to bring drying down to one to two hours in most spaces. We do not leave a floor wet overnight without airflow.
Walk-round and sign-off
We walk the floor with you against the quoted areas. Anything not right is re-cleaned there and then. Payment is due only once you have signed off.
Need a price?
Free site survey, no obligation, and no payment until the work is signed off. Tell us the floor area and access window and we will come back with a fixed price.
